Happy New Year!I hope you all enjoyed the winter break, that Christmas was wonderful and all your celebrations, whether big or small, included family and friends. In all of it, I also hope you found time to relax! As for the Wolverton house, we had out-of-town visitors (two of my three brothers, actually) for a week, and it was nice to catch up, COOK things, and just spend time together. The picture you see above was taken at a holiday tea that I attended in December. There should be faces you recognize; that's Mr. Chin and Ms. Legaspi on the left; to the right is my dear friend Rachelle.
Although the break was short, I am gearing up to go back to school on Monday. I expect the children will have grown--on the inside as well as the outside--and hope they are as ready to pick up where we left off as I am. I have missed them and am anxious to see them and hear their winter break stories! |
